Kidz Rainbow Staff

Professional Development is an integral part of the success of Kidz Rainbow Center. Our center embraces the professional development of every employee by providing on-going, in-house and community trainings and workshops. Our Staff receives specialized training in behavioral management, autism, PDD and crisis management.

Lead Preschool teachers must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education or Human Development & Family Studies.

Kidz Rainbow Center Staff is committed to your child. It is more than just a job, it is a ministry unto God.

Children are fragile people, so the people caring for them have to be loving, mature, and healthy with positive attitudes. The staff must also instinctively adapt to disciplining children properly and fairly. They must also have the skills to implement play and instructional activities for rambunctious, strong-willed children. To ensure a teacher's success, our Senior Lead Teacher will mentor and provide daily support to each of our classroom teachers.
